  • 2eggs beaten with salt & pepper
  • 2 spoonsmayonnaise
  • 1fresh leave chomolia washed
  • 1beetroot grated
  • 1spring onion
  • 1carrot grated
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • 1 spoonolive oil

  1. 1

    Rub the pan with oil and place the fresh chomolia leave

    Add chopped spring onion

    Mix grated beetroot with mayonnaise sat and pepper and place on top of onion

    Add carrot and place beaten eggs around sides and in the middle.

    Fry in a very low heat stove to allow vegetables to steam
