Cooking Instructions

Melt the butter in a pot over wheat, add the semolina keep mixing until it gets brown, add the milk and the sugar, and when it is ready turn off the heat add the cheddar cheese let the cheese milt but without getting homogeneous with the mixture.

The white color you see is the cheese.

Honey and ice cream over the dish and it is ready. 👌👌
