Ingredients

  • 3large collard leaves
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 earcorn or on bag frozen corn
  • 2scallions
  • 4-6Brussel sprouts
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1 tspwhite wine
  • 1 tspbutter
  • 1 tspbacon fat
  • 1 springcilantro
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 2 tablespoonsstewed tomatoes in chili seasoning as garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté collards and sprouts until withered. Add corn, onion and bacon fat, seasonings, garlic and cilantro and then stir fry.
