Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Real Mayo; 7 TBS Ketchup; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers or 6 to 8 drops of Tabasco sauce. This step can be skipped if heat is not you thing!; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 tsp yellow mustard; 1 tbs pickle juice; 1/4 black pepper; 1-3 drop liquid smoke (use as much as you feel you need); 1-2 tsp sugar, depending on how sweet you want it! This will also reduce the acidity of the sauce!
