Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupurad dal
  2. Chilli powder as need
  3. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  4. Coriander powder
  5. Fennel seeds crushed
  6. Cunim powder
  7. Dry mango powder
  8. Pinchhing
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 4-5 tspwater
  11. 1 cupmaida
  12. 1 tspSemolina
  13. 3 tspoil
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Pinchsoda
  16. Water to knead to dough
  17. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly in a large kadai dry roast Dal and powder them.

  2. 2

    Further add all dry spices.

  3. 3

    Add also 4 tsp water and mix well. Keep a side this mixture.

  4. 4

    Further in a large mixing bowl add maida, Semolina and oil. Crumble the flour.

  5. 5

    And add water little by little knead to form a dough. Cover with cotton colour for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Further makes small lemon size balls. Now scoop 1 tsp prepared dal stuffing.

  7. 7

    Get the edges together and form a bundle flatten it.

  8. 8

    Further deep frying prepared kachori in medium hot oil, until it's become golden brown.

  9. 9

    Now ready kachori for serve.
