Fish curry
This is a new way of cooking fish borrowed from my Indian friends.
Steps

Marinate the tilapia fish and set aside until we will need it.

In a another pot, fry the onions until golden brown then and in tomatoes and fry until soft and mushy.

Add in coconut, red chili and tumeric to the cooking tomatoes until the mixture turns fragrant.

Let it cool and blend until soft and smooth. You can add 2 tbsp of Water if needed.

To remove the raw smell, fry the fish in 4 tbsp of oil in both sides.

In a pan,fry the onions again, add the bay leaves and green chili. Then sautee in the ginger garlic paste until the raw smell is gone. Add in the blended curry.

Add in water and cook until the mixture starts to thicken.Then add in the fish and cook both sides depending on the thickness of the fish.

Then serve (do not turn the fish it might break).
