Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsthin poha (flattened rice)
  2. 2 bowlsmurmura (puffed rice)
  3. 1 bowlpeanuts
  4. 1 bowlmixed dry fruits (almonds,cashews,raisins)
  5. 1 bowldaliya
  6. Handfulcurry leaves
  7. 1/2 bowlsliced coconut
  8. 5-6green chillies finely chopped
  9. 2 tbspoil for tadka
  10. 1 tbspkhaskhas
  11. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  12. 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  13. 1 tspmustard seeds
  14. 1 tspcumin seeds
  15. 1 tsphing
  16. 1.5 tspred chilli powder
  17. 1 tspturmeric powder
  18. 1 tspaamchur
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. to tasteSugar
  21. 4 tbspoil (for deep frying nuts, daliya, curry leaves, coconut)

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave poha on high power for 3-5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Microwave murmurs on high power for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Put poha and murmura in a big deep mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Fry one by one peanuts, dry fruits, daliya, green chillies, coconut slices, curry leaves. Add these fried things to poha-murmura mix.

  5. 5

    Prepare tadka using mustard, cumin, hing, khas khas, sesame, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Pour this on poha-murmura mix.

  6. 6

    Add aamchur, salt, black salt sugar to the mix. Mix well. Chivda is ready, enjoy!
