Ingredients

  • 1 bowlCleaned mushrooms
  • 4-5Garlic
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • as neededMustard oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the mushrooms

  2. 2

    Wash them in turmeric water

  3. 3

    In a kadhai put some mustard oil.. Crack the mustard seeds and add red chilli.. Satue add chopped garlic and satue

  4. 4

    Now add mushrooms and salt and fry

  5. 5

    Fry till it became dry
