Bhindi anardana

We ate bhindi in many different ways. Today I made bhindi ki sabji with the twist. I also added fresh pomegranate pearls or Anardana in it.
You can also use dry Anardana. Do try this recipe and give your feedback.

We ate bhindi in many different ways. Today I made bhindi ki sabji with the twist. I also added fresh pomegranate pearls or Anardana in it.

Heat a wok and add oil in it.

Once oil is heated add cumin seeds in it. Let it splutter.

Now add Onion in it. Saute for few minutes.

When Onion becomes golden brown add green chilli in it.

Now add bhindi and fry it for few minutes.

Now add all spices. And mix it nicely.

When bhindi is half cooked add salt and mix it well.

When bhindi is done add fresh Anardana and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes turn off the flame. Your bhindi Anardana is ready to serve.
