2 cupswhole flour
1/2 cupoil
1 tspajwain
1/2 tspblacksalt
1 tspchaat masala
1/2 tspnormal salt
As neededLukewarm water to knead
For fryingOil

Steps

1

First take all dry ingredients and mix now add oil and mix, add Lukewarm water to knead dough it should not be to soft.

Take small parts from dough and make small round of three and overlap them and roll them and cut in middle and open the petals.
3

Heat oil and fry them in medium flame till they are golden and crisp and enjoy.
