Blanch and puree the spinach

Now heat oil and shallow fry the paneer cubes and keep aside

Now add Fenugreek seeds and allow it to crackle

Add onion slices and saute adding salt

Add ginger garlic paste chilli paste and saute

Now add Cumin coriander powder and mix

Now add the puree and allow it to cook till it reduces

Add paneer cubes and mix well

Add sugar and mix well

Garnish it with butter and kasuri methi

Serve it with any kind of Indian flat breads
