Steps

Clean and peel the mangoes and cut into medium pieces

Boil them along with the aam papad till it softens with salt and sugar

Once you are okay with the consistency remove and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan and add some panch phodan and add to the chutney from top
- 5
Your chutney is ready. Enjoy it with lunch or any snacks
