Ingredients

  • 200 gmwhite chane
  • 1 bowltomato onion puree
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspchana masala
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked and boiled the chane.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add tomato onion paste and ginger garlic paste saute it.

  3. 3

    Add all spices and saute till leave the oil.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled chane and little water. Cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with bhature.
