Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 cupsugar
  • as neededFried kaju

Steps

  1. 1

    First dry roast the suji and soak in milk for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a wok add sugar and caremalized it.

  3. 3

    Now add soaked suji and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now drain extra ghee from Halwa

  5. 5

    Serve hot garnish with fried kaju
