Ingredients

  • 50 gmsoats powdered coarsely
  • 50 gmspuffed rice / rice flour
  • 1 scoopmasala milk whey
  • 50 mlunsweetend soya milk (made from soya flour & water)
  • 7 tspErythritol
  • 7almonds cut in half
  • 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Milkmaid : Take a sauce pan. Add soya milk, rice flour & erythritol. Cook till consistency of Milkmaid. Add a pinch of kesar.

  2. 2

    Dry roast oats powder in ghee. Add 1 scoop whey. Mix well. Add milk made & give a good mix. Make small balls & garnish with almond.

  3. 3

    Tip : crumbled paneer can be added if wish to.
