Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cquick oats
  2. 1 1/4 cspelt flour
  3. 3/4 cchocolate whey protein powder
  4. 1 csunflower seeds
  5. 3/4 cpumpkin seeds
  6. 1/2 cshredded coconut
  7. 1/4 cflax seeds
  8. 3/4 cbrown sugar
  9. 1 Tbspcinnamon
  10. 3/4 craisins
  11. 1/4 cwater
  12. 2 Tbspmolasses
  13. 2 Tbsppeanut butter
  14. 1/3 ccanola oil
  15. 1 cunsweetened almond milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined. Let sit 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Portion out in heaping tablespoonfuls and place on lined baking tray. Flatten before baking. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or untl lightly browned.
