  1. 1

    Urad daal ko 2 ghante pahle bhiga ke bareek pees lenge

  2. 2

    Ek bowl me maida pisi hui urad daal baking powder aur food colour daal ke thoda thoda pani daal ke gadha paste bana lenge

  3. 3

    Ek bartan me 2 cup shakkar aur dedh cup pani daal ke ek taar ki chashni bana lenge

  4. 4

    Kadhai me tel daal ke garam karenge aur medium flame kar denge

  5. 5

    Ek moti wali polythene cone bana lenge

  6. 6

    Cone me paste daal ke jalebiyan banate jayenge aur chashni me daal ke 2.3 minut baad nikalte jayenge

  7. 7

    Jalebiyan medium flame me kurkuri hone tak fry karenge
