Steps

Make a batter of Besan and water.

Heat oil add mustard seeds,. Carrom seeds, and the paste.

Mix well, now add the masalas

Add the batter groundnuts powder and coriander leaves

Mix well, and cook till it leaves the sides. Add little oil and mix well.

Now grease one plate and spread it over. Let it set for sometime.

Cut into squares and fry them till golden brown.
