Put ghee in a pan,then add gram flour and roast it well,then add mawa and fry it until it gets a good smell and then remove it in a plate

Sugar and water to the pan and turn on the flam,cook until sugar dissolves completely then add colour and cardamon powder then check the syrup,the last drop falling from the ladle flows,very gently in a form of long thread, sugar syrup ready

Keep the flame low and mix besan mixture into it,mix well,grease a plate with some ghee and put the mixture in the plat and set it then cut square and serve
