Boil the matumbo for about 20 minutes

When the matumbo is well cooked... dry it completely

Dice the onions and add them into the cook oil till brown add garlic and matumbo then cook for about 5 minutes

Add tomato pure and some seasoning stir and allow it to cook

Add salt and little water cover it and allow it to cook for 7 minutes

Add dania and serve with bananas
