Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add the dalia and saute for 5 -10 minutes on medium flame.

Saute till it turns golden.

Add the dry fruits.

Mix well and cook on medium flame for a minute.

Add the sugar and 1/2 cup of hot water, mix well and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

Once done sprinkle elaichi powder and mix well.

Remove half amount of halwa seperately.

Grease a kulfi mold and fill the kulfi mold with the halwa.

Place an ice cream stick in the centre.

Let it set in the freeze for half hour.

Meanwhile melt the milk chocolate compound.

Chop the cashews.

After half an hour remove the mold.

Demold the set halwa kulfi.

Pour the melted chocolate on top of the kulfi.

Sprinkle the chopped cashews on top.

And set the kulfi in freeze for another half an hour.

Once set it's ready to serve.
