Ingredients

  • Beans
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Tintomatoes
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Sombo
  • Crayfish
  • Fresh pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Onion
  • Thyme
  • Curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil beans in a pressure pot for 30minutes,wash keep do same for rice but boil in a normal pot.

  2. 2

    Blend the fresh tomatoes,Fresh pepper,sombo,Ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    Place the dry pot on the heat,pour in vegetable oil and onces is hot pour in sliced onion then the blended tomatoes etc.

  4. 4

    Cut open the tin tomatoes and empty it in the frying tomatoes.fry everything till no much water is in it.

  5. 5

    Measure out water pour in it and boil.seasoning,Salt,Curry and thyme.when is boiling very well pour in the parboiled beans.

  6. 6

    When is soft,pour in the rice turn till is mixed very well and cover.check the seeds to know when they are soft and no more in it then you off the heat.
