First marinate the meat in yoghurt, garlic ginger Dania mixture, garam masala and chilli.let it sit for half an hour or an hour.

Now fry your onions till golden brown and set aside. In the same oil take your potatoes add a pinch of egg yellow food colour to them and fry. Set them aside too.

In another sufuria add oil and your whole spices then put the marinated meat.Then add your tomatoes(chop/blend)and the tomato paste.

Let it cook till tender. You can add a glass of water or as desired but your curry should be thick.

Now add salt to taste.

Take your pre fried potatoes and add them. After mixing them well add your pre fried onions.put on low heat and let it slow cook.

Garnish with finely chopped Dania.

For the rice you cook as usual once ready mix quarter cup water and ¼ teaspoon egg yellow colour pour on top of the rice, garnish with fried onions and simmer for 5mins or so.
