  • 4black pudding slices
  • 100 ggoats cheese
  • 4large beetroots
  • 1pepper
  • 2large tomatoes
  • Lambs leaf lettuce
  • Oil and balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 tspmix herbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the beats, tomato and peppers. Mix with balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and herbs

  2. 2

    Dress the salad base

    Pan sear the black pudding for 3 mins each side.
