First I boil the meat with salt,1tbspn of pilau masala,ginger and garlic for 45 mins.

In another sufuria cut the onions,add oil and then cook for about 5mins until golden brown

Add the cooked meat when the onions are ready.

Add garlic and ginger and let it cook for 3mins until golden brown

Now add the remaining pilau masala and let it cook for 3 mins until they all mix well.

Now add the rice in the mixture and mix well,add 3 cups of water and salt.You can add a little oil if need be.

Cook on medium heat and when the water starts to dry,punguza Moto uwe kiasi.
