Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 6large pointed gourd
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Scrape and slit the parwal at the end

  2. 2

    Heat oil and saute the gourd

  3. 3

    Cover till moisture dries up

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix

  5. 5

    Finally add poppy seeds paste, sugar and green chillies

  6. 6

    Mix well and serve
