Steps

Soak chanadaal for 4 hours and then grind it to fine paste

One thick bottom pan or nonstick pan add oil and mustard seeds,add hing and chanadaal paste.

Add garlic,chilli,ginger paste,salt,turmeric and cook 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add milk,place lid on pan and cook until khamani cooked completely.add sugar and lemon juice mix well and serve with sev.

1 ts= 1 teaspoon.

1 tbs = 1 table spoon
