Okra in dry mango gravy

Wash & clean the bhendi,cut it into big size pieces.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan,fry the bhendi to avoid stickiness without changing it's beautiful green colour & keep aside..

Add 3 tsp Mustard oil in a pan,add cumin seed.When it start spluttering,add mixed paste,turmeric powder,salt stir for 40 sec.

Then add fried bhindi & 1/2 cup water.Let the gravy boil 5 min or ladies finger soft,then add dry mango & cook for another 1 min,remove from heat.serve hot with rice.
