Steps

First make a paste of garlic & saute in oil for a minute

Add all masalas, salt, chilli, coriander leaves, water & cook for 5minutes

Puree blanched tomato & add in garlic. Cook till oil leaves
- 4
Add tomato ketchup nutrella soaked in warm water and cook till water evaporates
- 5
Serve with kulcha & onions tossed in green chutney
