Fry the onion in butter in a frying pan

Add the Garlic and chilli

Then fry for 1 minute

Add the Lamb and stir in

Add all the dried ingredients then the boiling water

Then the chicken stock and sultanas let it boil then add the mango chutney, Apple dauce and diced apple and stir cook for 45 minutes.

Take off the heat and when cooled a little add the yogurt and stir in. Bring to the boil and stir. Then serve on a bed of Basmatti rice.
