Ingredients

  • 1full chicken
  • 1 sachetpepersoup spice
  • 2 tablespoonsehuru
  • 1pair knorr
  • 1maggi stock
  • 1soup spoon pepper
  • 1 tbscrayfish
  • to tasteSalt
  • 5 leavesutashi
  • 1handfull of scent leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your chicken into a pot, put in all your ingredients, mix very well and leave to marinate for like 2hours.

  2. 2

    Pour in a little water and allow to boil, when it boils very well add more water then let it cook till the chicken is soft

  3. 3

    Add your utashi and scent leaf, allow to boil a little then turn off the heat. Your meal is ready
