Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 7 ozwhole wheat spaghetti alla chitarra (200 grams)
  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/2leek
  4. 7 ozfrozen mixed seafood (200 grams)
  5. 1 candiced tomato sauce
  6. Black pepper and fresh parsley

Steps

    Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce in a nonstick skillet over low heat.

  2. 2

    In the skillet, sauté the garlic cloves, thinly sliced leek, and frozen mixed seafood straight from the freezer. After about 5 minutes, add the diced tomato sauce and let it cook for another 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

  3. 3

    Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce, then sprinkle with black pepper and fresh parsley to taste.

    Enjoy... summer isn't over yet!
