Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce in a nonstick skillet over low heat.

In the skillet, sauté the garlic cloves, thinly sliced leek, and frozen mixed seafood straight from the freezer. After about 5 minutes, add the diced tomato sauce and let it cook for another 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce, then sprinkle with black pepper and fresh parsley to taste.
