Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlcarrots chopped
  • 1/2 bowlcapsicum chopped
  • 1/2 bowlbeans chopped
  • 4tomatoes chopped
  • 1medium size onion chopped
  • 4garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 inchlength Ginger chopped
  • 4 glasswater
  • 1/2 Table spoonBlack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • I pinch Hing
  • 1/2 table spoonRoasted jeera and dhaniya powder
  • 1 bowlcheese chopped
  • 2 tablespooncornflour mix in some water

Steps

  1. 1

    All chopped vegetables add and 4glass water in a pan

    Boil vegetables on medium heat

  3. 3

    After boiling vegetables, then keep out some material to cool

    After a little coolness, blend this material

    Now this paste again add in boiled vegetables

    Now add salt, black pepper, hing and roasted dhaniya jeera powder

  7. 7

    After 3 minutes boil this mixture and now add chopped cheese and 2 table spoon cornflour (make liquid by mixing water). Now boil this 5 minutes.

    Now it is ready to serve
