Steps

Soak rice and mix dals to 1/2 an hour.

Heat ghee in cooker add jira and hing add chilli, ginger,garlic paste.

Add rice, dals and mix vegetablsa,add all masala and water, close cooker's lid and cook on slow gas 1o minutes.

To make Gujarati kadhi:-

In one bowl add curd, besan and water and whisked very well.

Add chilli, ginger, garlic paste, salt and sugar.

In one saucepan add ghee, jira, mustards seed,hing and curry leaves, add curd mixture,mix it well and boil for 10 min on low gas.

Serve hot khichdi and kadhi.
