First of all dry roast sesame seeds and dry fruits for 1-2 minutes at slow heat then coarsely grind the dry fruits

Heat 2tsp of clarified butter in a pan..add desiccated coconut, jaggery, coarsely grind dry fruits(almonds, cashew nut and pistachios) and khoya..mix all the things well and cook for a while till all the moisture of ingredients evaporated..flame off and keep the mixture aside to let it cool

Take 2 cups of water in a pan. Add 2 tsp of jaggery, clarified butter and let it to boil. Add rice flour and cook it for 5 minutes or until the mixture get a dough like consistency,flame off and let the mixture cool down

Divide the mixture dough in 5-6 sections or (as many u want) and add food colours and mix it well till the colour evenly spread in the rice dough.You can put 1-2 tsp of water at this stage if required

Grease a modak mold,take a small portion of each colour dough and make small round strips and arrange in greased modak mould and close the mould and carefully make pit inside the mould by keeping the excess strip sticking outward of mould.. Fill the mould with dry fruit stuffing and then cover nicely with outward strips

Remove extra dough if any where outside the mould and open the mould

Make all the modak with same process and steam for at least 15 minutes by placing the modaks in a steaming tray

Yo'r beautiful colored magic, awesome "Modak" with mild sweetness r ready.. Decorate with silver balls and sprinklers

Serve bhogh (modak) first to "Ganesha" then serve to whole family

✨I have taken fruit crush and juice for colours(pomegranate, kiwi, strawberry crush, black berry jam and sweet lime 1/4-1/4 tsp of powder sugar).You can take simply food colours at the place of fruits colours
