Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 250 gmAloo
  • 250 gmBaingan/ brinjal
  • 2chopped onion & tomato
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspKasurimethi salt to taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Aloo baingan cut into small size take a pan and heat oil then add chopped onions and saute now add chopped tomato and stir

  2. 2

    Now add all spices in it and stir again and add aloo bengan and stir and cover it with lid

  3. 3

    After cooked garnish with curry leaves and serve
