Steps

Pressure cook washed daals with ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato, green chillies and turmeric powder

Cook till daal is soft then grind it lil bit with a hand grinder
- 3
For tempering.. In hot oil or ghee add garlic minced let it turn light brown then add curry leaves, jeera powder and red chilli powder.. Add to the daal

Then add lots of chopped corriender leaves.. Let it cook for a lil while.. Ready !!

Enjoy with steamed rice or Parathas..
