Steps

Bring the 3 cups of water to a boil.

Mix the flour with extra water to make a thick paste.

Pour the Porridge mixture into the boiling water and stir constantly until a smooth consistency is achieved. Failure to do this will give way to formation of lumps.

Simmer the Porridge mixture for about 30 minutes while stirring occasionally to avoid spill- over.

Remove from heat and add lime juice and sugar taste.

Serve hot.
