1 kgbesan/gram flour
1/2 kgsugar powder
500 gpure ghee
1/2 cup powder mixed dry fruits
1 tspcardamom powder

Take a wok add ghee,then ghee are hot add besan mix and roast for aromat flavour then gas off.

Then mix sugar,cardamom powder and dry fruit powder mix and cool them.

After cool make a besan laddu

Besan laddu are ready to eat.
