Add 2 tablespoon of oil in the pan and keep the vegetable in it

Add salt according to your taste.

Add little bit of turmeric power to it and mix it up.

Cook it properly.

Now we have to make the paste for the vegetable. To make it:1)Boil palak, 2) keep ginger and green chillies in it and make a paste of it

Mix the paste with the vegetable when you have to serve it.

You can eat this vegetable with chapati as well as a paratha. Enjoy.
