Heat ghee in a wok, add grated carrot in it and cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.

Then add milk in it and cook it on slow flame till carrot becomes completely dry.(Stir it occasionally in between)

Now add sugar in it cook it for few more minutes then switch off the flame.

Allow it cook down a bit.

Meanwhile, combine mawa, all nuts and raisins in a bowl and mix them well.

Then take small portion from the carrot mixture stuff it with mawa mixture and give it the shape of modak.
