Put the flour in a bowl and make a well at the centre

Add the grated zucchini

Add the warm water gradually as you knead the flour into a dough

Knead vigorously till soft.and wrap with cling film and let rest in a bowl for 1 hr

Divide the dough into 8 balls spread them and apply oil

Roll it into a wrap

Roll it to the end

Roll into a snail like figure and tuck the end

Roll into a circle and fry in hot pan and let bubble before you add oil

When brown turn and cook the other side

Remove the chapati and put in a hot pot
