  • 200 gmargarine
  • 200 gsugar
  • 300 gself raising flour
  • 2 tsppassion essence
  • 4eggs
  • Sultanas(handful)

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure the ingredients. Pre heat oven at 180 degrees and grease the baking tin

  2. 2

    Cream sugar and margarine together till pale.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and continue mixing with hand mixer

  4. 4

    Sieve the flour

  5. 5

    Add flour little by little till when mixed

  6. 6

    Add passion essense and sultanas and mix

  7. 7

    Pour the butter in the baking tin and bake for 40 mins
