Ingredients

  • 200ग्राम छोटा पास्ता
  • 2टेबल स्पून जैतून का तेल or any type
  • 1मीडियम प्याज़, टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ
  • 1टेबल स्पून लहसुन (पिसा हुआ)
  • 1कप शिमला मिर्च (हर रंग की कटी हुई और मिक्स हुई)
  • 1कप मशरूम, टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ optional
  • 1कप पालक, उबला हुआ
  • 1मीडियम बैंगन optional
  • 1/2कप मिक्सड ऑलिव optional
  • 1-2हरी मिर्च, टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ
  • 1कप टमाटर प्यूरी
  • 2कप मिक्सड चीज़, कद्दूकस
  • 1कप क्रीम
  • 1/2कप ब्रेड के पीस
  • 150ग्राम मक्खन (चकोर पीस में कटा हुआ)

  1. 1

    नमक वाले पानी में पास्ता को नौ से 11 मिनट के लिए उबाल लें। फिर इसक पानी निकालकर पास्ता को ट्रे में रख लें।

  2. 2

    एक भारी कढ़ाही में जैतून का तेल डालकर गर्म कर लें।
    इसके बाद इसमें प्याज़, लहसुन और मिर्च डालकर दो मिनट के लिए भूनें।

  3. 3

    फिर इसमें शिमला मिर्च और बैंगन डालें। दो मिनट के लिए इन्हें भी भूनें।

  4. 4

    साथ ही इसमें मशरूम, ऑलिव और पालक डालें। करीब पांच मिनट के लिए पकाएं। इसके बाद इसमें टमाटर प्यूरी और क्रीम डालें। ऊपर से नमक डालें।

  5. 5

    पैन को आंच से उतार लें और पास्ता मिक्स करें। इसके बाद इसमें आधा चीज़ डालें।
    इस मिक्सचर को घी लगी ट्रे में डालें। ऊपर से बचा चीज़ डालें।

  6. 6

    साथ ही ब्रेड के पीस डालें। मक्खन डालकर ओवन में करीब 20 मिनट के लिए 160-180 डिगरी पर बेक कर लें। सर्व करें।
