First mix suji curd and salt black pepper buttermilk well to make idli better not thick and not so loose

Grease molds and ready steamer now add eno poch and mix fast and pour better in greased idli stand place them in microwave for three minutes

After three minutes let them cool and demold them and cut in foue pieces

Now for tarka dice all veggies. And cook them in vessel first add musterd seeds and then veggies

Add turmaric powder red chilli salt achar masala tomato suce little and mix well now add diced idli in it and mix well

Serve hot and garnish idli is ready to eat
