Steps

Peel and wash yam, cut it into pieces, add water,sugar, salt and boil it.

In pan add 2tbsp oil, grate onion and Scotch bonnet. Add in ur spices and curry. Fry for 5minutes.keep aside.

Mash ur yam and combine it with the sauce, mix it well.

Punch and flatten it on your hand to create a space for the filling, then add the fillings of ur choice. I used meat(dambu)

Make balls like this

Break eggs and whisk it

Add ur curry and mix spices

Heat oil and start taking each yam ball by deepn it in eggs and put it in oil.

Fry it until golden brown
