Ingredients

30 minutes
4 perspn
  1. For dough:-
  2. 1cup maida
  3. 1/4 cupsooji/rava
  4. 2 tbspcurd
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 bunch palak boiled and chopped
  8. For stuffing:-
  9. 1onion finely chopped
  10. 150 gmpaneer crumbled
  11. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  12. 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  13. 1 tsplemon juice
  14. 1/2 tsptandoori masala
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 2 tbspmint chopped
  17. Oil for frying
  18. 1/4 cupmaida paste for sealing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients for dough and add enough water and knead a smooth dough.

    Combine all the ingridents for stuffing and mix well.

  3. 3

    Take a small portions of the dough and roll out into round chapatties of 4 inch diameter.

  4. 4

    Cut each into half. Take each half and shape into a cone.

  5. 5

    Fill the cone with 2 tbsp of the filling. Close the cone and seal the edges with maida paste.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan deep fry the samosa till golden.

  7. 7

    Serve with chutney.
