So my delta state friend came visiting,and taught me this receipe been hearing of this meal i finally ate it today.

Season your chicken with knor cube and salt
Boil and set aside.The crab and fresh prawns shell have been remove from the market just rinse and pour in the boiling chicken 10mins then bring down. - 2
Boil your banga till is soft,extract the juice and set aside.

Set the pot of palm fruit extract on the high heat,leave it boil untill you notice oil at the surface.cook till is thick.

Pour in the chicken,prawns and crab.Then crayfish,fresh yellow pepper,salt,banga spice and knorr cubes

After 15minutes,rinse the dry bitterleaves and pour boil for 5minutes and the soup is ready.

For making the starch,boil a cup of water sprinkle starch in the water till is thick. Turn with a wooden Spartula add a teaspoon of palmoil and turn for 10minutes.

Lower the heat sprinkle water in it and simmer for 5minutes.
