Wash chicken and add all the ingredients except grated ginger.

Heat oil in nonstick kadhai.

Add marinated chicken and close the lid and cook.

Once the chicken is dried and cooked
Take a small pan and heat oil. - 5
Add grated ginger and give tadka to the chicken close the lid immediately and cover for few minutes.

Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Ginger chicken is ready to serve.
