Now,yesterday i saw in my thread online that some store bought bread were not 400g as supposed but some weighed as low as 375g and thought, why not make my own? So i looked at various recipes here for bread, and decided to modify by adding or omitting some ingredients and voila ! Not so bad. No more buying bread, i love it !

Mix the sugar with water and sir. Add the yeast and let sit for 15minutes

In a bowl, put the flour, salt then add beaten eggs.

Add in the sugar-yeast liquid and start kneading till soft, like chapati dough. Cover the dough with a kitchen cloth and let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.

Remove and place on the surface and spread out with your hands. Apply some butter or oil then apply cinnamon powder all over and fold in to make a roll then place in a bread pan and press in to remove any more air.

Cover with a kitchen cloth and let rise to double size.

Uncover, apply egg wash and put in a pre heated oven @ 180°C and bake for 35 minutes. If the bread starts browning before time or to your liking, remove and cover the top with aluminium foil and continue baking.

Enjoy ! With a cup of your favorite beverage.
